Accessibility statement

We want everyone — including neurodivergent and disabled visitors — to find this website clear, calm and easy to use.

What we've done

  • Used a highly legible typeface (Lexend), generous spacing and plain English.
  • Designed colour contrast to meet WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines.
  • Made every page usable with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a "skip to content" link.
  • Respected your device's "reduce motion" setting by turning off animations.
  • Broken our enquiry form into short, clear steps with helpful error messages.
  • Built pages that work on phones, tablets and with screen readers.

Adjustments during your assessment

If you need adjustments to communicate with us or take part in an assessment — for example written rather than spoken communication, extra time or breaks — please tell us in your enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Feedback

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, please contact us and we'll help and work to fix the problem.
